Description: We focus on all patients who have a diagnosis of advanced incurable disease. We are also integrating home-based care. At present this is provided by 9 home based carers and 1 supervising professional nurse. We also do patient and family counselling, as well as grief/bereavement counselling. We also have a 6 bed in-patient unit.
