Description: CINDI is a network of over 100 organisations who collaborate around the impact of HIV/AIDS on children in the KZN Midlands. CINDI members coeless into five Clusers-pyscho social support and counselling, youth and schools, health care (including Home Based Care), children in care (Institutional foster care or adoption) and community development. CINDI disseminates and shares information, indentifies problems and attempts to solve them within the above Clusters. The organisation also raises awareness around vulnerable children and engages with policymakers at national, provincial and local government levels. In addition, CINDI acts as a funding conduit for its members for amounts in excess of R500 000.
