Description: Dance4Life South Africa is a non-profit company that co-ordinates and develops the Dance4Life International concept in South Africa. Dance4Life is an interactive international collaborative project aimed at providing an opportunity and platform for young people to become actively involved in the fight against HIV/AIDS. The Dance4Life South Africa runs a School Project initiative . With an interactive, participatory and solution/action-oriented strategy, that uses a contemporary multimedia approach, the project aims to mobilise young people to become powerful ?‘Agents of Change?’. The first stage of this approach is a specially designed Life Skills Curriculum. The second stage of the project is the Dance4Life Workshops, which are run in schools, where the educators have been trained in the use of the Life Skills curriculum. Dance4Life also holds events where thousands of Agents of Change and (South) African youth icons make statements of hope, together with their peers from other countries.
