The Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network has published two new documents on international trade law and access to essential medicines in developing
countries. 'TRIPS and Rights: International Human Rights Law, Access to Medicines, and the Interpretation of the WTO Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights' November 2001)is now available on the Legal Network's web site (PDF, Word and WordPerfect formats) in English and French.
