HIVAN is composed of three Units, namely: Biomedical Research; Social Science Research and Communications, Arts and Advocacy (Which incorporates the Networking Unit). The Campus HIV/AIDS Support Unit is now operating under the auspices of the AIDS Programme of the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
