| Miss Ramasar is an environmental researcher at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). Her work, in terms of HIV/AIDS, has been on HIV/AIDS Impact Assessment, the relationship between HIV/AIDS and the biophysical environment and sustainable development. She has also worked on HIV/AIDS strategic policy development for the mining sector, the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism (in terms of national sustainable development strategies) and the World Bank. |
