CINDI Members have been working together for 10 years to address the needs of vulnerable children in the context of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in KwaZulu-Natal.
We invite you to our 10th Anniversary Conference in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa from the 3-7 April 2006. The Conference will provide an opportunity for practitioners, policy makers and other concerned people to gather together and share ten years? experience of good practice and enter into discussions about the needs of children in the coming decade.
Objectives:
- To celebrate CINDI?s 10th Anniversary
- To raise awareness about the impact of HIV/AIDS on children
- To provide a platform for CINDI Members to shine, identify their milestones and tell their stories through presentations and exhibitions
- To promote a model of collaborative work
- To network with national and international speakers and delegates
- To ensure that issues affecting children are heard
- To lobby government.
Costs:
Conference Registration Fee: CINDI Members will pay R1 000 per delegate (including lunches and teas); Non members will pay R1 500 per delegate (including lunches and teas) for the three day Conference.
Venue: Epworth School, Golf Rd, Pietermaritzburg.
Accommodation:
Accommodation will be available throughout Pietermaritzburg and Pietermaritzburg Tourism will be assisting with this.
