The Elizabeth Glaser Paediatric AIDS Foundation announces The Request for Applications (RFA) for their 2004 Elizabeth Glaser Scientist Awards.
Applications are accepted from US and international not-for-profit institutions. Detailed descriptions of the program and a downloadable RFA are now available on the Foundation web site, http://www.pedaids.org. The Elizabeth Glaser Scientist Award:
- A five-year award for outstanding scientists/clinicians to conduct research in paediatric HIV/AIDS
- Provides up to US$650 000 in direct costs over a period of five years
- Applicant must have an MD, PhD, DDS or DVM degree and be at the assistant professor level or above
Letter of intent due June 13, 2003
