HIVAN/WCRP Religious Leaders and HIV/AIDS Researchers Seminar

The Centre for HIV/AIDS Networking (HIVAN), in collaboration with The World Conference on Religion and Peace (WCRP), will be holding a seminar focusing on Religious Leaders and HIV/AIDS Research in Durban on Tuesday, 29 October 2002.
The intention of this seminar is bring medical and social science researchers together with religious leaders from different faith groupings to discuss important and often contentious issues around HIV/AIDS. This is the first of these seminars. Vaccine Ethics and Mother To Child Transmission of HIV(MTCT) form the central focus of this seminar.
We hope for more discussion than presentation and would value your participation.
