Complications of antiretroviral therapy: DHHS and NIH

The intent of this program announcement (PA) is to encourage research in the fundamental biochemical or pathogenic mechanisms of the metabolic complications associated with HIV-disease and antiretroviral therapy.

Sponsor:Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)and National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Deadline: January 02, 2003; May 01, 2003
and September 01, 2003.
Eligibility:Applications may be submitted by domestic or foreign, for-profit or nonprofit organizations and public or private institutions, such as universities, colleges, hospitals, and laboratories; units of state and local governments; eligible agencies of the federal government; and faith-based or community-based organizations. The citizenship of the PI is unrestricted.
