The Community Mental Health Programme (CMHP) is a community outreach project attached to the School of Psychology at the Westville Campus of the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Through its established network of partnerships the CMHP provides a resource which serves the multiple functions of clinical and psychosocial prevention services; community based education for the professional training programmes in Psychology; and community-based research.
