She has been able to produce, host and direct a weekly television show "Turning Point" for 13 episodes which was aired in Cebu City, Philippines and nearby places. The programme's objective was values reorientation - a tool in drug prevention through the use of television. This show won the CAMMA Award (Cebu Archdiocesan Mass Media Awards) in 2002 and was recognized by the Catholic Cardinal for the production of "Turning Point". The videotapes of this show have been used in the lectures, trainings in Leticia's own drug preventive education in schools and communities.
