| Ms Willan is based at HEARD as Project Manager. She has spent some time looking at the impact of HIV/AIDS on Democracy and Governance. She is currently working on a project with the Democracy in Africa Research Unit(based at UCT) which will develop a research agenda to begin both primary research and broader analysis of the impact of HIV/AIDS on Democracy and Governance. As Project Manager at HEARD, she is involved in the project design and implementation of HEARD's numerous projects looking at the socio-economic impact of HIV/AIDS. |
