Thuluzwe Development Project is a section 21 organization helping AIDS victims. The aims of the project are to provide care and support to opharns infected with, and affected by the HIV/AIDS virus; to provide food, clothing and basic care opharns and other sufferers; to alleviate the plight of children and to accomodate orphaned children within the extended family; education; awareness campaigns, trainining programmes and counselling.
