| Mandisa wrote her BA Honours History Dissertation on the History of AIDS Policy in South Africa: (Entitled: 'A long illness: Towards a History of NGO, Government and Medical Discourse around AIDS policy-making in South Africa). She chaired ActivAID (Student for HIV/AIDS Action) for 3 years. She is currently working with HIVAN and UND student organizations to plan future students initiatives around HIV/AIDS on campus. |
